Our Team

JoAnn M. Perez has been serving Huntsville, Alabama as a licensed attorney for over 22 years. A graduate of Wayne State University, JoAnn obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing before attending Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan, where she obtained her Juris Doctor (JD) Degree in 1999. In law school, Joann won the Bronze Key Academic Award in 1996 and was a member of Moot Court.

 

JoAnn is currently licensed to practice law in Alabama. She is a member of the Elder Law Section of the Alabama State Bar, the Real Estate and Probate Section of the American Bar Association, the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association and the Business Section of the American Bar Association. Her primary areas of practice include estate planning, estate administration, wills, trusts, probate law including conservatorships and guardianships, and business law including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
